company_number, matched_name, ch_confidence: Companies House match for the registered owner (empty when there is no match). ch_confidence is "verified" (exact name match in the same word order, and the company's SIC code is childcare (88910, 88990), education (85*), sports or recreation (931*, 932*), or its registered office is in the same postcode area as the setting) or "name match, unverified" (name match only; every fuzzy or word-order-swapped match is unverified). Check the company number before relying on it.

Definitions
NEW = the URN appears in the new file and not in the old one.
CLOSED = the URN is absent from the new file, or its status is closed, resigned or cancelled. The reason is not in the data.
OWNER_CHANGE (Registered owner renamed) = The registered owner's name changed. It is the same Ofsted-registered legal entity (same Registered person URN), so this is a rebrand or a share purchase that kept the company number, not a transfer of the setting. Check Companies House previous names before treating it as a sale.
OWNER_NAME_CORRECTION = Spelling or punctuation fix of the owner's name; no event. Counted only.
PLACES_CHANGE = registered places increased or decreased (delta column).
NAME_CHANGE = the setting (provider) name changed.
NAME_CORRECTION = setting name changed only by case, spacing or punctuation, a typo of at most 2 characters, or a trailing legal suffix added, dropped or swapped; not a real rename; counted only.
